Dear Lazyweb: Text queries in XL?

Dear Lazyweb:

Assume for a moment that you have an Excel spreadsheet of, let's say, about 100,000 rows, each with a project name. There is no predetermined scheme for the project names -- for example, a project involving FOO may have a project name of XDF-234-FOO or FOO-XDF-234 or PRC FOOtoYouSir.

You would like to construct a query that says "Find all rows where ProjectName includes the characters FOO. Show all these rows and only those rows in a separate view or pane."

You want to do this within Excel itself. So, no hacks involving converting to an Access database, or text files and Perl or GREP. AutoSort does not appear to help you because it requires the project names to be consistent.

Any ideas?
